This is the best dentist and dentist office experience I have ever ever had! Dr Ben Amini is the main person and he is intelligent, warm and efficient.
I entered the spacious, light and modern downtown office to be greeted by two friendly receptionists who quickly helped me fill out the insurance papers and explained where to hang my coat. They sat me down for my momentary wait on the red leather couches with a table of new magazines and a cup of water.
The friendly technician came and got me and took quick high-tech digital ex-rays that I could immediately see on the flat screen monitor and zoom into the trouble spots. No more balancing pieces of film in my clenched jaw. Very cool.
Off to the dental chair where again like the whole office everything is neat, clean, light and comfy. They took a quick digital photo of my face then my plaque and ground down teeth. The photos with my ex-rays where on two two flat screens next to my chair to see what was up. When they said my teeth were crowding and my gums were receding I could actually see what they were talking about.
The hygienist was warm and gentle as he polished and flossed my teeth. Dr Amimi came and talked asking questions and explaining everything with a calm and warm manner. He cleaned my teeth with a high-tech sonic water spray while I listed to the provided head phones and my of CD choice. I was relaxed and happy.
It all ended too quickly. I have never had such a quick and easy and pleasant experience. and the best thing is they take DMO insurance so the whole thing was free. Loved it !
